The health of our guests and our staff is extremely important to us, which is why we have decided to cancel the Grand New Year’s Eve dinner scheduled for December 31, 2021. But remember: Our Hi, Charles Restaurant is still open for business.

Great news – our sushi pop-up kitchen is extending its stay for another month! You now have until September 30 to embark on the culinary voyage through the Land of the Rising Sun that has proven so popular with our guests.

Throughout August, we will be serving up a fine selection of Japanese dishes including tsunamis, sushi, and special rolls. Our sushi chef Niten is sure to wow all comers with a mouthwatering array of Japanese cuisine high above the rooftops of Schwäbisch Gmünd.
