The days are getting shorter, the nights longer and colder – winter is coming. But rather than pining for the summer sun, get ready to enjoy a magical season full of festive preparations, cozy evenings with friends and family, and of course mouth-watering winter dishes. We’ve got something very special on the menu just for you!

From 11/11. to 12/31. you can order in Hi, Charles our traditional goose menu. You can expect as a starter our goose sillet with brioche, caramelized apple and field salad, for the main course a two-meat goose with bread dumplings, red cabbage, chestnuts and goose jus is served and for dessert delicious tarte tatin with baked apple ice cream.
