Our open show kitchen provides unique insights into the fresh preparation of meals and makes every stay an unforgettable experience. In the afternoon and evening, our guests can indulge themselves with our select range of dishes and wines. Every morning, the restaurant is transformed into a mouthwatering breakfast buffet that seats up to 100 people. Our revitalizing regional breakfast options provide guests with the energy they need to enjoy a successful day. We recommend that you book a table in advance of your visit to our restaurant.
Enjoy the revitalizing regional breakfast buffet in our panoramic restaurant at the following times:

Monday to Friday – 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Saturday – 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Sunday – 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Visit us at lunchtime for the very best in classic Swabian dishes, including handmade egg noodles, roast beef with onions, and handmade Swabian ravioli – all served up with love by our chef Heidrun and her team.
Available from Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The Charles Restaurant offers a delightful range of à la carte dishes between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
We recommend that you book a table in advance.
Please note that we offer a small menu for groups of 10 or more. Guests must also be aware that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant. The restaurant will be closed in the evening from 01/01/2022 to 01/16/2022.
Guests can have breakfast served direct to their room from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. Selections from our snack menu are also available via room service from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
